Our School

St. Margaret's Bay Elementary School was built in 1999 through the public private partnership model (P3) in a mutual commitment to the education of the children in the area surrounding the Head of St. Margaret's Bay. This partnership involves the Nova Scotia Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, the Halifax Regional School Board, and Scotia Learning Centres.

The school serves approximately 390 students in Primary through Grade 6. Administration and staff of St. Margaret's Bay Elementary School have a clear and focused commitment to educating the whole child in order to prepare them to meet the needs of our changing world.
